Duplicate or errant charges are very rare when ordering through Foodsby. A duplicate transaction amount may temporarily post for two reasons:
- Your card was initially declined. The declined attempt may temporarily post in a "Pending" or "Processing" status but will not be approved or deducted from your account. These attempts most often fall off your bank statement within 1 business day.
- There was a minor delay in posting to your credit card. Due to routine delays in processing payment, your charge may post on a day later than when the purchase was made. It is also possible that a positive refund amount may post prior to the actual charge.
In any case, we would encourage you to review your recent purchases and their respective amounts. If these numbers do not match up or you have a specific question about a charge, please reach out to our team for further review.
