What are "order by" times?

The order by times are designed to ensure the restaurants have enough time to receive and prepare orders, handle their in-store traffic, and deliver the orders on time at peak freshness. 

Your order must be complete before the restaurant's "order by" time. Once this time is breached, you will no longer have the ability to place an order for that restaurant. 

To avoid missing the cutoff time, we would encourage you to utilize the ability to pre-order your meal. This is available for up to 5 days in advance.
