We know time is money, so we strictly monitor delivery times and will notify you immediately when your food arrives or if there is any delay.

Foodsby is committed to coordinating on-time deliveries from local restaurants. That's why we issue a portion of your purchase back whenever your meal arrives more than 15 minutes past the original delivery time**. Refunds are always proportional to how late the delivery ends up vs. the time that you are notified of the potential delay. If you qualify for any kind of refund, our team will reach out to you later in the afternoon.
