Please be sure that you are logged into your Foodsby account. On your home page, please make sure you are on the day for which you would like to cancel your order. Your order will be at the top of the screen. Please click the blue "Manage" button.
Your order details will populate on the next screen. On the right hand side of the screen, you will have the option to take action on your order. To cancel, select the "Please cancel my order" option and enter your reason for cancellation. Click the "Submit" button.
After submitting your request, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation: "Are you sure you want to cancel your entire order?' To cancel, select "Yes, Cancel". Cancelling an order cancels the entire order and automatically processes a full refund. We are unable to reverse cancellations.
If you decide you do not want to cancel at this point, select "No" and your order will not be cancelled.
*If the restaurant has already viewed your order, you will not see the option to cancel your order. Please reach out to our support team with your request to cancel.
