We understand how frustrating a declined transaction can be and we're here to help!
Most declined attempts are not honored in our system due to something that is incorrect with the AVS/CVV settings. This essentially means the card was not processed because of incorrect billing information.
The most common problems are entering in more than the 5 digit zip code, an incorrect billing address (which is your home address), adding hyphens to your credit card number, or using an incompatible version of Internet Explorer. If using Internet Explorer, we would encourage you to use a different browser such as Google Chrome or Safari.
We would also suggest downloading our Foodsby app on your phone. We have found that many customers have had success placing orders through the app when they experience issues on the computer.
*Please note that some declined charged may show as "pending" on your credit card statement. This will not go through and you will not be charged. This usually resolves within the next business day.
