3/16/2020 Update: We will be extending all payment dates 14 days out due to many of our customers WFH. We will be monitoring current events and will evaluate extending this further next week.
You can cancel your subscription* at any time by following these steps:
- Sign into your Foodsby account
- Select "Profile" after clicking the hamburger icon in the top right corner of your Foodsby profile
- Select "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page and click "Yes, unsubscribe" to confirm
You will receive an e-mail confirming cancellation upon completion and no further action is needed. If you have a question about a previous subscription charge, please reach out to our team.
*Currently, cancellation is only available through the Foodsby.com web page and not through the Foodsby mobile app.
