HOW WE USE EMAIL
Like most companies, email is one of the primary ways we communicate with our customers.
Examples of the important email we send include a curated list of daily restaurant options, replies
from our Customer Support team, order receipts, and food delivery notifications.
WHAT CAUSES ISSUES
As a lunch delivery service, most of our email is concentrated to the morning and around lunch. Often
this means the important messages we send customers are mistakenly flagged by a corporate spam
filter and never reach the inbox.
HOW TO WHITELIST FOODSBY
In nearly all cases, you can define us as an approved sender for your organization directly in the admin
settings of your email client. Simply build an email whitelist and add our domain and subdomains to
your companies contact list.
